Mr. Lee has accumulated extensive experience in providing advice and responding to disputes across the overall labor and employment sector, including cases related to dispatch and subcontracting, worker status in specialized industries, various dismissals and disciplinary actions, as well as collective bargaining and labor union relations. Furthermore, he has successfully carried out various HR and labor-related projects, such as compliance audits on corporate HR systems and practices, performance enhancement for low-performers, and workforce restructuring.
